2025 was a year marked by intense academic dialogue, international collaboration, and the growing visibility of the Well‑Being with Arts (WBA) project on global stages. Throughout the year, Dr. Charlène Clonts, as the leader of the project, was invited to speak at major international conferences, interdisciplinary symposia, and professional events, esp. across Japan, but also overseas.
Her contributions ranged from keynotes on AI and mindfulness, to talks on art‑yoga in healthcare, to featured sessions on global health systems, to plenary lectures on WBA practice in Istanbul. Each engagement strengthened the project’s mission: demonstrating how embodied practices, artistic expression, and holistic approaches can enhance well‑being in diverse professional environments.
As the year closed, the number and diversity of invitations illustrated not only the academic reach of WBA but also the trust placed in the project by universities, hospitals, professional organizations, and international research networks.
Below is a reflection on the guest speakerships and keynotes delivered in 2025, with gratitude to the institutions, colleagues, and audiences who made these exchanges possible.
